Amazing Private Whale Shark Encounter Had the most incredible experience on the Mexico Divers Private Whale Shark Encounter!!! From my initial booking, Victoria was incredible, answering all of my questions and even more! She truly made the lead up to the experience exciting, so grateful for the excellent customer service. Kenny and Captain Guillermo were just as amazing on our tour!!! Very knowledgeable about marine life and whale sharks, providing lots of information and also the importance of respecting the whale sharks. I truly appreciated that they follow regulations in keeping the animals safe and stress free, while we have the mind blowing experience of swimming along side these gentle giants. We even got to see a manta ray last minute!! And dolphins and turtle in the boat ride in! We had a lovely sandwich snack and conch ceviche lunch on board after a lovely snorkel at Isla Mujeres. Highly recommend Mexico Divers for any needs!! They even offer water taxis to Isla Mujeres, which we’re considering next!!

Amazing We had the best time with mexico divers!!! The reef was amazing and the instructors so sweet and professional We were beginners but that was not a problem. They took their time so We felt really safe and comfortable. We had two dives and it was magical!

Such a lovely cruise! We took a private sunset cruise with Mexico Divers on Monday February 10th, 2025. From our sign in to our disembarkment, this was a perfect trip. Everyone was very nice and professional. The boat was clean and the refreshments were delicious and plentiful. We brought an extra bottle of bourbon too. The fruit tray, the chips and dips, and the ceviche were excellent and the sea was smooth and scenery grand. We made a stop about 2/3rds through our 4 hour cruise for swimming and snorkling. This was a private tour for up to 5. We had 4 so it worked out to 160 a person. Most of the other private tours or even the booze cruises are 100 USD per person, so we definitely felt it was worth the extra cost. We will do this again on the Catatonic!

I booked online and from the moment I walked into their office I was treated like one of their dearest friends. Augustine's enthusiasm was so genuine it was contagious. Pretty as a picture yet still down to earth humble. She exuded warmth with all her interactions.
Claire's optimism made everything fun and bouncy. She had a knack for boosting my confidence, making me feel 10 foot tall at times.
One day I popped in needing a taxi, I met Misael for the first time and he was kind enough to book me a taxi as well as informing me it shouldn't be more than 100 pesos. Info I appreciated very much after my encounters with taxis in Cancun. I doubt he knew I used their services prior.
Raul was so so committed to everyone having the best experiences with the whale sharks and snorkeling. He was also compassionate and empathetic towards me after I had a mishap on the tour. Something that meant alot to me.
Luis on the boat was such an entertainer. He was pretty much able to make me chuckle everytime he opened his mouth.
Last but not least, I'd like to give a special mention to Victoria. I'd come back after my whale shark tour very disheartened. She was like a guardian angel who helped salvage the rest of my vacation. She told me about how good and affordable dentists are here and put me in touch with two that she knew. I'll be forever grateful for that. Thank you and right on 👊
Mexico Divers will be deeply imbedded into my memories of my time in Mexico. I read something on the wall about leaving as buddies/friends. They 100 percent delivered on that promise.

We highly recommend this dive shop and we will be returning! Both my husband and I are certified divers and my husband suffers from spinal cord injury. As an attorney my job is research and I researched all the local dive shops. This one checked all the boxes from beginning to end. They were able to accommodate an accessible dive for my disabled veteran husband and both our boys (beginners). I did have some difficulties under the water but our dive master quickly assisted me. They made sure our whole family was safe and had a wonderful experience. If you want professionals and top notch service this is the dive shop. Victoria and the dive master (her partner) were amazing! Thank you for an amazing experience. ❤️
