Nice day out We had a lovely day out with Silvana snorkelling both MUSA and Manchones. The boat picked us up right on the wharf of our hostel. Silvana was really friendly. They gave us a nice fruit snack. The only thing I would say is it's a lot shorter of a day than is advertised - we were out and back within 2 hours. We still got to see everything so not a big issue. We saw plenty of the statues, lots of pretty fish and the water was super warm and clear.

I booked online and from the moment I walked into their office I was treated like one of their dearest friends. Augustine's enthusiasm was so genuine it was contagious. Pretty as a picture yet still down to earth humble. She exuded warmth with all her interactions.
Claire's optimism made everything fun and bouncy. She had a knack for boosting my confidence, making me feel 10 foot tall at times.
One day I popped in needing a taxi, I met Misael for the first time and he was kind enough to book me a taxi as well as informing me it shouldn't be more than 100 pesos. Info I appreciated very much after my encounters with taxis in Cancun. I doubt he knew I used their services prior.
Raul was so so committed to everyone having the best experiences with the whale sharks and snorkeling. He was also compassionate and empathetic towards me after I had a mishap on the tour. Something that meant alot to me.
Luis on the boat was such an entertainer. He was pretty much able to make me chuckle everytime he opened his mouth.
Last but not least, I'd like to give a special mention to Victoria. I'd come back after my whale shark tour very disheartened. She was like a guardian angel who helped salvage the rest of my vacation. She told me about how good and affordable dentists are here and put me in touch with two that she knew. I'll be forever grateful for that. Thank you and right on 👊
Mexico Divers will be deeply imbedded into my memories of my time in Mexico. I read something on the wall about leaving as buddies/friends. They 100 percent delivered on that promise.

Mexico Divers are the best!! Incredible 4 days doing PADI open water course, everyone in the shop is so friendly and happy to help. Huuuge shout out to Shyla, she's an amazing instructor, extremely knowledgable and made the whole experience so so good. Could not recommend enough!

Fun and safe dive! Excellent experience with this dive shop! Beautiful dive, good gear and Selene and Silvana were excellent to dive with. They were great at communicating, coordinating and photo taking 🙂 Had a lot of fun!

This was our 3rd time back to this amazing island and it won't be our last!!! Mexico Divers is a top notch shop making everyone feel very safe and comfortable! Max was amazing to dive with and was great with our friends who are new divers! Misael captained the boat that took us snorkeling with the whale sharks!! Allen & Jenny were so informative and led us up to them safely (and fast!) the Customer care they deliver and the extra mile they go is simply the best... And we keep coming back!!! Thanks guys!

We joined Mexico Divers as a group of 3 from Australia. we spent 8 days diving and doing Sailfish experiences with this company and highly recommend them as a dive operator in Isla Mujeres. All staff were wonderful, very friendly and extremely helpful. The dive operation was extremely professional and the dive schedule was excellent for us.

Mexico Divers also organised a Cenote dive in the mainland as part of our dive package which we all really enjoyed.

The service and staff at Mexico Divers is simply exceptional. I would return to dive with these guys again in a heartbeat.
